Frequently asked questions
Do I have to start from scratch?
No. You import your players from Excel in minutes, team by team, or add them by hand.
Does it replace my federation's platform?
No. RugbyRoll takes care of the club's day-to-day: attendance, training, families, fees and kit. Licences and competitions stay on your federation's platform; in RugbyRoll you only keep each player's licence and its expiry date.
What happens to children's data?
The club enters and manages the data and decides what it is used for. RugbyRoll stores it on the club's behalf and does not use it for anything else. Each club can only see its own data, and each person only sees what their role allows. There is no advertising and no tracking. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes: on Android (phones and tablets) and on iPhone. Club officials can also manage fees, calendar and kit from a computer.
What counts as a user?
Every person with an approved account in your club: officials, coaches, team managers, families and adult players. Children who don't have their own account don't count separately.
